We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the NIT Rourkela Global Alumni Meet 2024 scheduled during December 20-22, 2024 and jointly organized by NIT Rourkela and NITRAA Bangalore Chapter in “Namma Bengaluru”, which is also “The Silicon Valley of India”. The venue for this event is “The Eagleton Resort, Bengaluru”, a plush green property located on the Bengaluru-Mysore Highway. This year’s theme, “Inspire, Innovate & Integrate” highlights our focus on Startups and Innovation and offers an exclusive opportunity for startups to showcase their business and connect with industry leaders, alumni, and potential investors.

Key Event Highlights for Startups:

Startup Pavilion: Showcase your business at a dedicated booth for a fee of INR 10,0000 for Alumni and INR 30,000 for Non Alumni, gaining valuable exposure to a wide audience. (The complete details about the charges are given in the “Startup Registration link” given below)
Startup & Innovation Ecosystem Panel: Selected startups will present their ideas directly to industry leaders, VCs, and a distinguished audience.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with alumni from NIT Rourkela, industry experts, potential partners, and investors.
Visibility: Feature in our Digital Souvenir, Global Alumni Event website, and NIT Rourkela Startup Repository. You’ll also gain access to institute talent for internships and project collaborations.

Our Chief Guest, Shri Debashis Chatterjee (CEO & MD LTI Mindtree), Guest of Honour, Shri N. R. Mohanty (Padma Shri Awardee and ex-CMD of HAL), along with esteemed speakers like Shri C. P. Gurnani (Former CEO, Tech Mahindra), and Prof. K. Umamaheshwar Rao (Director, NIT Rourkela) will be in attendance, among other notable industry and academic leaders. Charges and FAQs

Charges per booth is INR 10000 for NITR Alumni and INR 30000 for Non-Alumni startup/business owners
For every additional member in the booth additional charges of Rs 5000 per additional member will apply
The size of the booth will be approx 9 feet * 9 feet with 8 feet height and will have walls on all the 3 sides
Every startup will be provided a name plate sticker to be attached on top
Power supply will be provided to all, LED display will be provided to Non Alumni startups and will be provided to Alumni startups on rent
Startups need to arrange for their own banners and standees and the event management team can assist on the same on a chargeable basis
